Q. Are you having issues logging into the site?

A. If you are trying to login and are not receiving an error message about your password then the easiest way to resolve the issue is to clear the cookies held within your browser.  If you are unsure how to do this for your specific browser here is a link to a very useful article by Norton that explains the process for many different browser types.  https://us.norton.com/internetsecurity-privacy-how-to-clear-cookies.html

Q. How do I change my password to something i can remember

To change your password to something more memorable please follow these easy steps:

  1. Login to the site with your new password
  2. Click on Your Profile of the main menu
  3. Click on update your profile at the top of the page
  4. Select the tab “Contact Info”
  5. Under Current Password: Enter the new one we sent you
  6. Under Password: Enter the new Password you would like to set it to
  7. Click Update at the bottom of the page.
Please try and use a secure password and not something you use in other sites

Q. I have forgotten my password?

A. Please request a new password by clicking here https://www.i-point.co.uk/cb-forgot-login.  The system will generate a new password for you and email it to you.  Important ! - Remember to check your Spam or Junk folders in case the email goes there.

Q. I have registered but have not received my activation email

A. Sorry about that, it has probably been sent to your Junk or Spam folder - Please check this folder and click the link in the email to activate your account.  If you still cannot find this email, you may request a new activation email by trying to login with your email and password you set during registration.
