We are conducting a marketing research study on treating coughs and colds. If you are currently experiencing a cold/cough/sinus issues and congestion and we would like to involve you in our research project.

• All respondents to be suffering from a cough due to a cold
• Users of a number of products to soothe/help with the cough
• All to be aged 25 - 55 Years

The research will be an online community over 2 weeks initially, You will speak of:

• How you are feeling and how you relieve their cough/sore throat
• You will explain what you are using, when and why – multiple times a day
• You will also be given some tasks where you will talk about the cough, their symptoms and your treatment approach
• You will be asked to answer some questions about products you use, benefits sought, sensations and organoleptic values that matter to you when they seek solutions for their cough.

This stage will be followed by a 2 hour online focus group on 17th or 18th Dec in the evening. Not all participants will be invited to the groups.
