Research: online surveys

Our promise to survey respondents
iPoint Market Research is committed to protecting the privacy of online survey respondents. We strive not to mislead any respondent of the nature and purpose of our research, the way data is collected and stored, and the use of the survey results.

Our surveys are conducted using secure servers and all responses are transferred using secure links. All the answers are treated as confidential and are not passed to any third parties outside of our corporate group. The survey results are presented to the client in an aggregated form of charts and graphs. We may, however, ask you for personal information that is normally used for follow-up to the original research. On such occasions, we would expressly state the exact purpose of collecting such information and ask for your explicit permission.

The personal information thereby collected would only be used for the agreed purposes and passed exclusively to the agreed parties. Your participation in our surveys is entirely voluntary. You have the right to demand that all of your response set, or parts of it, be destroyed or deleted, and in such a case we would perform to the best of our ability to meet your request. On most occasions, we reveal the identity of the client that we are conducting research for at the start of the survey. If doing so, however, threatened to affect the responses, we would only name the client towards the end of the questionnaire.
